Dr. Allen is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. She is ANCC board-certified and has over 25 years of experience working in the mental health field. Furthermore, she has a passion for mental health awareness and wellness and believes in a holistic approach as she feels it is important to stay in touch with our mind, body, and soul.

“I am very passionate about providing care to those suffering from symptoms of anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, depression, ADHD, insomnia, OCD, bipolar, and other mental disorders. I take pride in listening to my clients and addressing their every concern. I started my own business to be able to spend time actually getting to know my clients. My goal is to assist you in having a better quality of life by providing insight into your illness.
I understand it can be difficult for parents to ask for help. For children and adolescents struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, or behavioral issues, I offer a place of comfort and support for the entire family. I am very passionate about assisting children and adolescents in improving their social, emotional, and academic functioning. I take the time to listen to both you and your child.”

JASMINE L. BROOKS

Practice Office Manager

Jasmine L. Brooks, BSHA, MHA, brings 13 years of customer and office experience to our practice. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration with a concentration in Health Management and a Master’s degree in Health Administration with a concentration in Informatics from the University of Phoenix. She is currently pursuing her MSP degree with the University of Phoenix. Having been a native and worked in the Somerville area, she is dedicated to helping her community and surrounding cities to overcome obstacles one step at a time and provide exceptional client service to every client in which services are provided.

Outside the office, Jasmine enjoys spending time with her son Julius, doing family activities, crafting, cooking, and watching movies.

SHELIA AARON, MSW

Group Coordinator

Ms. Shelia Aaron is a native of Jackson, TN where she holds the position of Council Of Accreditation Coordinator for Western Regions for The Department of Children Services. She has worked with the Department since 2004 where she started out as a part-time secretary and was promoted to Children Service Office, where she worked for 2 Years at Jackson Halfway house in Jackson, TN. Now, she is a field instructor for Union University.

Ms. Aaron returned to school and received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work from Union University. Ms. Aaron worked in Shelby Co. as a Family Service Worker in the Juvenile Justice Department for 7 Years and was promoted to Program Coordinator and worked at Wilder Youth Development Center in the Continuous Quality Improvement department. Ms. Aaron pursued this field because she is passionate about helping the youth to see life from a different perspective and assist them in discovering their purpose in life.
Ms. Aaron is the proud mother of two children, her daughter, Jessica Taylor who attended Robert Morris University located in Chicago, Illinois, and obtained her degree in International Business. Ms. Aaron’s son, Jared Taylor graduated from Tennessee Technology School and obtained his certification in auto mechanics and collision repair.

Ms. Aaron serves as a Field Instructor with the Department for Bachelor’s and Master Level Social Workers who attend the University of Memphis. Ms. Aaron also volunteers at the University of Memphis in the Social Work Department by speaking to other students who are studying to be future Social Workers.

In 2014, Ms. Aaron founded Sacrifice Inc. soon after Christ Rose in Faith I see excellent. This is a non-profit organization with a mission to support the community by offering social services that address life issues, such as poverty, literacy, and mental illness. Her desire is to encourage and engage individuals that are served to be educated, self-sufficient, mentally competent, and law-abiding citizens.

In 2018, Ms. Aaron became an ordained minister where she enjoys teaching the word of the Gospel and encouraging individuals who have issues in life.

Mr. Murphy is a native of Bolivar, TN He is well known for his sense of humor and bright personality. He is dedicated to bringing awareness to mental health. He will also be hosting a men’s group and implementing a mentor program for young men in the community. He is the proud father of two and knows the importance of having a father figure in our young children’s lives.

LaMona R. Saine, MA, PhT, has been in the medical field for 5 years. She has also been a customer service worker for 4 years. She graduated top of her class at Concorde Career College for Medical Assistant. She enjoys her time spent with patients over the years and has a passion for helping others. LaMona loves being a mother to her daughter A’Miyah, loves her family, and singing in the choir at the House of Faith Ministries.

I’m from Brownsville, TN. I’m a personal/group trainer! I love what I do, and my motto is to “trust the process.” I began this journey a little over 3 years ago. Recently, I started my iFiT business and it means, “I feel incredibly tough.” I wanted to start something to motivate and encourage individuals that no matter what, you can do anything you put your mind to with fitness. Beginning healthy is a big part of my lifestyle! I love cooking and trying out new things! I’m very down to earth, I love the presence of people, and love meeting new people! I will be offering Zumba classes and Yoga classes. I can’t wait to start this fitness and health journey with you all!
